Job Description

1.    Ability to carry out Stack emission, Ambient Air quality, Fugitive emission, Noise level and Effluent quality monitoring and analysis of Environment related parameters.

2.    Able for operation and maintenance of Online Stack emission, Ambient Air quality, Effluent quality monitoring equipment and preparation and submission of reports of same.

3.    Preparation of Environment related monthly, half yearly and annual reports.

4.    Knowledge of preparation of application for Environment Clearance, Consent to Establish, Consent to operate and their Renewals.

5.    Update with latest related notifications, Rules etc.

6.    Regular plant visit and coordinate with the plant in charge of maintaining a pollution free working area.

7.    Good communication skill and able to correspond with Environment related Govt. officials, Agencies, suppliers etc

·       Check opening Stocks as per Reports on a daily basis specially running items.

·       Verify all the incoming material according to SOP/ISO Standard.

·       Prepare bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to accounts.

·       Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.

·       Ensure the implementation of Inventory management systems.

·       Train the subordinate/team on ISO/ company Sops.

·       Strong coordination with team, user departments.

·       Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock

·Review quality of purchased products

·Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

·Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

·Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

·Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

·Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

·Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
