• Ferro Alloys

Ferro Alloys is one of the most important alloys in the manufacturing of steel. At SBPIL Ferro Alloys is produced in the Borjhara Unit in Raipur. Ferro Alloys is produced using manganese ore (often mixed with ferromanganese slag) dolomite or calcite, quartz. These materials have a strong effect on reduction and smelting reactions in the production of a Ferro Alloys alloy.

The production capacity of Ferro Alloys is 14400 Tons per year. The production is carried out using modern technology. Electric Arc Furnace is used along with state of the art testing laboratory to ensure production of international quality Ferro Alloys.
